In the case of damage or loss of the current Roadworthiness Test Card this is reissued by the Motor Vehicle Inspection Center issuing it in first place after an application on the part of the vehicle owner. The reprinting is done on a new form, since issuing an effective copy from the archive of the Motor Vehicle Inspection Center, which first issued it, is forbidden.

The reprinted Roadworthiness Test Card is signed only by the Motor Vehicle Inspection Center employee who had issued the initial Roadworthiness Test Card and, in case of his absence, by the chief of the Motor Vehicle Inspection Center or their legal deputy and bears the stamp of the Motor Vehicle Inspection Center.  Under remarks the following remark should appear: “Reprinting of a Roadworthiness Test Card bearing the same Identification Number due to loss or damage”.
